A Tired Website Design
I reached out to the owners of Glory Days pizza when I noticed how dated their website was. Not only was the design lacking, but it wasn’t mobile friendly either, which is a big problem for a pizza restaurant!
The website was was not mobile-friendly! 
The page design was cramped, and the colors were dismal.
Branding Ideation + Page Wireframes
My proposal for a complete redesign, from the ground up, was accepted. I began by looking for images and colors that reflected the brand. The images were not used in the final design, they were only for reference.
This vintage photo was used as a reference for the colors used in the final design. 
I tried out various fonts and ratios of the colors to get just the right feel.
The wireframes were mocked up in Adobe Illustrator as a way to quickly see and change the page layouts. The customer reviewed and approved these.
The wireframe conceptualized the position and size of the elements on the page. 
A mobile version of the website was planned from the beginning. Wireframes helped to conceptualize how the elements would adjust when viewed on a mobile phone.
Fresh New Website Design
The final design breathed new life into a brand hearkening back to the Glory Days. Great pizza now has a great website to go with it.
